TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE AND/OR IN PERSON ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS 

AND ONLINE OR IN PERSON WORKSHOPS

All online (Zoom) and in person one-to-one sessions are to be prepaid. All payments must be processed prior to your appointment either via PayPal, Revolut or online bank transfer. The zoom link for all online sessions or workshops will be available in the confirmation email after booking. 

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please note no refunds will be issued to no-show appointments or if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.  Appointments that are canceled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date and will be subject to a €50 transfer fee.  You may cancel or reschedule your session appointment by emailing rajspadam@gmail.com 

outside of the 24 hour timeframe. 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESIDENTIAL MEDICINE WHEEL CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS

If you cancel your enrolment 30 days or more prior to the start of the class, you will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fee. Any amount paid over 30% of the fee will be refunded. If a cancellation request is received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled class, no refunds will be issued. If a participant wants to apply the balance of their payment to a future program, a Transfer Fee of €200.00 will be applied. 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FULLY PRE-PAID MEDICINE WHEEL COURSE 

If you wish to cancel your enrolment 30 days or more prior to the start date of the course, you will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total payment. Any amount paid over 30% of the total tuition will be refunded. If a cancellation request is received 29 days or less prior to the scheduled program, no refunds will be issued. If a student wants to apply the balance of their payment to a future course, Transfer Fee of €300 will be applied. Notice of cancellation must be sent to rajspadam@gmail.com 

PLEASE NOTE

All payments must be processed prior to your workshop/class by the date specified to you before booking, 

either via PayPal, Revolut or online bank transfer.

There is no refund for Gift Cards. 

Discounts are available for anyone repeating Medicine Wheel workshops and for anyone looking to invest in the full Medicine Wheel Practitioner Course. 

Please note that sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional health care. Psychological and medical conditions should be addressed with your physician. 

All payments are taken as agreement to the above terms and conditions.
